QA/QC Introduction
12QC Staff and 4QC engineers undertake the following QC processes:
1) IQC: test physical and chemical performance of all raw materials and record suppliers' quality.
2) IPQC: set up QC sites in every process to ensure operation as SOP.
3) FQC: 100% testing of battery capacity, internal resistance, voltage and temperature performance.
4) OQC: sample testing according to GB2828 standards, aiming to achieve a "zero error" product qualification rate.
5) QA: sampling test of every batch for its cycle life, high rate charging, high and low temperature, and self-discharging performance. |
